A blend of Castillo and Caturra varieties grown by smallholder farmers at 1,300-1,500 meters creates a cup with distinct dried orange notes, red berry complexity, and deep chocolate undertones.

The volcanic loam soil imparts a silky mouthfeel, while our careful solar-drying process preserves the coffee's natural sweetness. This is the coffee that built Medellin's reputation as Colombia's coffee capital.
