We absolutely love our coffee and want you to love yours too! If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to make it right. Our policy is simple: we stand by our products and will work with you to solve any issues quickly and fairly.


What Issues Can We Help With?

We handle refunds and replacements for:

  • Wrong items shipped - If you received the wrong coffee or product

  • Damaged or defective products - If your order arrived damaged or the product is defective

  • Missing items - If part of your order is missing

  • Quality issues - If the product doesn't meet our standards

  • Undelivered orders - If your package doesn't arrive as promised


How to Report an Issue

Found a problem with your order? Here's what to do:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Email us at: support@sipandsprintcoffee.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos if applicable (especially for damage)

  3. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with a solution


How We Make It Right

Option 1: Quick Replacement (Our Preferred Solution)

In most cases, we'll simply send you a replacement right away—no return necessary!

  • We'll ship out a replacement immediately

  • You'll receive tracking information within 1-2 business days

  • It's fast, easy, and gets you fresh coffee quickly

Option 2: Refund

If a replacement doesn't work for you, we're happy to issue a refund instead.

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

  • The credit will appear in your account within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)

  • We'll send you confirmation once the refund is processed

Option 3: Partial Refund + Keep the Product

For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund so you can keep the product. We'll discuss this option with you directly.


Important Notes

We cannot accept returned products. Due to food safety regulations and shipping costs, we're unable to accept coffee shipments back to us. That's why replacements are our go-to solution—it's faster and better for everyone!
